Yesterday I went to W-Maldives Resort, one of the best resorts in Maldives.
I went there for an official work and could stay there for two days, just returned back. W Hotels have more than 800 hotels world wide and they are planning to add another 800 in next 1-2 years.
The Air Taxi We travelled to W-Maldives
Every resort in Maldives has something different and this too is totally different from other resorts. We started at 6am from Male’ where we stay. First to the Airport Jetty and then from there in a Dhoni to the Airport. We travelled in a Sea Plane which is operated by a company called Maldivian Air Taxi which is the biggest Sea Plane operator in the World.
Room We stayed at W Hotel Maldives
Our check-in time was 6.30am and flight at 7.20am. We reached W-Maldives at 7.40 am, twenty minutes flight from Male’.
We were offered a room which cost US$1700 a day and they have rooms which costs up to US$ 20,000 a day, not joking.
