You should be aware that one of the best way to keep your readers updated with your posts is getting them to subscribe to your RSS Feeds and the other reason is to improve your Google Adsense earnings from RSS Feeds. I have been trying to increase my number of Feed Readers, some work good for me which I am sharing here.
Subscription Widget
Add a subscription widget, by email and other news readers. Some may not be interested in receiving emails, so you should also add the feature to subscribe with popular readers. Readers are mostly lazy to type your feed URL to their reader and subscribe, so the best way is to add a widget to your blog sidebar.
Campaign Landing Page
If you are running a campaign like a Adwords campaign, you can add up a subscription link. This worked well for me.
Content for your Blog
Even if you have a widget or you run campaigns, you need to have good and interesting content in your blog or your un-subscription rate will be high. You should keep your blog live with regular posting and be sure that you do not over post..

Thanks for the nice tip . But i think if you post only quality posts than you don’t have to worry about posting regular . If we will post crap daily than readers will unsubscribe too .
