W Resort is a part of Starwood Hotels. Starwood hotels has more than 850 hotels worldwide this is one of them. I have been to W Maldives many time. This time we had an extra day here and really enjoyed the stay. W Maldives has rooms costing up to US$ 20,000 per night.

I am at W Resort in Maldives, which is one of the top and expensive resort. You can find rooms costing more than $10,000 per night here. All sorts of luxury facilities available here. You will also find all top drinks available here, just name it, they will serve it for you.

Just waiting at the Maldivian Air Taxi waiting area to board the sea plane to W Resorts. I find that there are almost no tourist here. Usually it’s crowded during this season.

Is it that the tourism in Maldives has been effected by the global recession. The tourists coming to Maldives are from Europeun countries and almost all the resorts are over booked during this season.

I Recently Visited Chamundi Temple when I went to India for a small vacation

Just reached Male’ International airport, finished the immigration clearance. Travelling to Indian, Bangalore for a small vacation

There are some excellent shops here where you can buy some things before you leave Maldives.

We are at the MAT seaplane terminal. Tavelling to Palm beach resort and from there in speed launch to Kanuhura resort. We will be returning back to Male’ tomorrow moring. You can see our location in the image which was taken from my iPhone

I have been to Kanuhura Resort in Maldives many times. I was there during the Eid Holidays for some official work. Got some pictures and Videos, though of sharing it with you all.
