Maldives Tourism development corporation has terminated the contract with Yatch tours after the deadline served.

The Maldives Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) on Wednesday terminated the contract made to lease Addu atoll Herethere (Handhufushi) to Yacht Tours and gave the company seven days to handover the resort.

One & Only Kanuhura is in Lhaviyani Atoll which is about 40 minutes flight on a sea plane, Maldivian Air Taxi, MAT. Our check-in time was 06:30 hours and flight at 07:20 hours. I have got some pictures and videos of the resort for you.

One & Only Kanuhura, is an One & Only Resort in the Maldives. One & Only hotels has two resorts in Maldives, Reethirah and Kanuhura.[UPDATE - Kanuhura is no longer a One & Only Resort] I just returned from Kanuhura after an official trip. Kanuhura is one of the top resorts in Maldives and one of favourites. This was the first resort I visited in Maldives which was 4 years back. The occupancy rate was almost 100% and I have noticed that after tsunami almost all the resorts in Maldives have this rate of occupancy. The charges are bit high but worth it. If you are planning a vacation in the Maldives, you can think about this resort but you need to check if you the accommodation
