Toshiba is coming up with a great phone with Windows Mobile 6.1. This phone is designed somewhat like iPhone. I am not sure how near it is with the iPhone’s touch feature. I have used many Windows based Mobiles but cannot compare with the touch feature of iPhone. iPhone falls back because it does not have copy paste feature, forward SMS, attachments for email, video camera by default.

If you are planning to by a Pocket PC phone, or PDA, then you can for just Rs 10,000. The phone will have features like internet, Push Mail, Calendar, task, same like a blackberry. The phone is to launched by Reliance communications. The phone is branded as RCom.

A US based company has designed the phone and its manufactured in China. Business people will be using PDA , but I feel that its something which everybody can use and once you are used to using pocket PC, then its very difficult to switch to a ordinary phone. In India very less people are using such kind of phones. The success of the product will really depend on the quality and efficiency of the phone. I have been using Windows mobile for the past 5 years and I have used about 6 models. The latest one is HTC Tytn II which is the best I have used which has an excellent processor and memory. I am not aware of the configuration of the phone what RCom is going to market, but if its low configuration then the user will face problems like getting stuck and some memory problems.

Bluetooth Headsets that I use for my pocket pc

I have been using pocket pc for the past 4 years and these days I always use bluetooth headsets to make and answer calls. I have a good collection of bluetooth headsets.

This is a Nokia headset, good quality reception and good battery life, but bit bulky and not stylish.

This is a Sony Ericsson headset, but the reception is very poor and I really regret to buy this. The advantage of this headset is that its very small and fits well to my ear

This is an excellent headset, very powerful and light, good features and I really like this. One problem I find with this is if you accidentally press the multi-function button, it will redial the last number.

The best that I have, Nokia 800BH, very powerful, like, very clear sound, I highly recommend this
