This is the view of Male’, the capital of Maldives. I took this picture from a ferry while I was going to the airport Island, Hulhumale’. The looks of Male’ is totally changing will all the all small buildings being demolished and new multi-storied buildings coming up. In next 5 years Male’ will be very different if this continues. There are high demand for accommodation in Male’ and rent for the apartments are touching sky high. Even though lots of new buildings are coming up, we do not find a reduction in rent.

This is a sea coast in Male’ the capital of Maldives. This is a Friday evening, most of the expatriates have an off day. They come out during the evening time move around, do their shopping.

Nasandhura Hotel is one of the best hotel in Maldives capital, Male’. Male’ is not really a tourist destination, but its for business people who come to Male’. Its located just in front of the Airport Jetty
