Who does not know the name Shiney Ahuja, the well-known face that we have seen in some of the hit films like “life in a Metro” , “Gangster” to name a few and for his splendid acting has been charged of raping his maid .What a shame!. According to the reports he has allegedly raped his maid whom he hired one and a half month ago in between 1pm to 3 pm on 15th of June when there was no one at home. According to the 19 year old maid Shiney asked the girl for a glass of water and when she went to his room Shiney locked the room and raped her. He also allegedly threatened the maid not to disclose the matter to anyone. However, it was around 5 pm to 6pm that the 19 year old girl came out of the house crying when neighbors asked her about what has happened, she told them the incident. She also narrated the incident to her kin and relatives.
It was around that time that the relatives of the allegedly raped girl decided to report the matter to the police. So they went to the nearby Oshiwara police station to file a complaint of rape against Shiney Ahuja around 7 pm that evening. After the complaint has been launched the police went to Ahuja’s house at around 8 30 pm that night and brought him to police station for inquiry. The police asked Ahuja several questions from 9 pm to 2 am at night where Ahuja is said to have emotionally collapsed and broke down to tears and accepted the crime.
The allegedly raped girl was then sent to hospital for examination where swabs has been taken from her private parts and sent for investigation. However Shiney Ahuja was arrested at around 4 25 am under Indian Penal Code sections 376 (rape), 342 (wrongful confinement) and 506 (death threat) and has been put into custody for four days .The actor’s flat has been sealed for few days for forensic investigation which will handed over to the family once the investigations were done. Shiney Ahuja’s wife has been reportedly stated and believes that her husband is innocent and it is a well planned act to defame the actor.
Police is still interrogating the 36 year old actor and he is said not to co-operate with the officials. Shiney has been seen to have been praying to GOD in silence in court, but will his Prayers be heard? Unfortunately according to the latest news medical reports confirmed that the girl has been forced for sexual activity .
So, what do you think where is our human conscience is heading to? There has been several instances of celebrities performing illicit activities with helpless and the needy. What forced Shiny to take such a step when he is happily married? What do you think how will it affect the career of the star? What will be the outcome of the trial? Hi Suchetan, should we worry so much over Shiney Ahuja’s future? Why no one is concerned over the future of that 19 or less years old domestic help? This is not the first time Bollywood is marked with crime record. If you go from south to north of India, one way or other, many of our favorite heros have a crime history. If Shiney has a Godfather in Bollywood, nothing is going to happen to his silver screen career. His debut into bollywood caught the attention of the public in large since his character in Gangster was more or less depicted the underworld don Abu Salem. There was a big hungama to withdraw the movie but what happened was quit contrary. The movie was quite successful as well as the Gangster ran in fully packed houses for sometime.
Sir, The only best way to solve the case Mr.Sheiny Ahuja should marry that girl and accept her as his wife. After the marriage, she may excuse him and she may also help him from coming out the criminal case.
