Reported Attack Site! Warning

I got an email for link exchange from the webmaster of a site and sent me a URL where my website link is already added and wanted me to place a link on my website. I usually do not entertain such request and don’t believe in link building. I just thought of checking the site and got this warning

To know more about this, I just clicked on the button “Why was this site blocked?”

and I got this information
