Ratan Tata is set to join Air India’s new advisory board

ratan_tata Air India is in big crisis and who else other than Ratan Tata can help it in getting back to normal. Its a good approach by the Government to get great people from the private sector. J. Ratan Tata is the founder of Air India and now after about 7 decades he is called for a revival process. Recently Nandan Nilekani was appointed as the head for the UID project. I am sure he will be able to set things right for Air India.

There will be major changes in the Air India’s way of working. Aviation Minister, Praful Patel in a press conference told that the Government has decided to set up an advisory board and would be headed by a person like Ratan Tata. Government will be revamping the entire Air India top team and they may be looking for an efficient person for the COO (chief operating officer) globally which means even an expat if they don’t get an Indian.
