Preferring .flv file rather than .mov file with JW Player

I had created a .mov file using Quicktime Pro and posted earlier, but I see a problem, when the file is buffered, and then played for the first time, it runs off in fast forward mode. I tested with flash files and found that problem was not there. I just created a flash file of the same movie and uploaded and posted it here. How do find the movie loading time and the quality of the movie and sound. The file size is around 6 mb
