The shameful incident at Mangalore done by the so called Ram Sena has given birth to a campaign called the Pink Chaddi Campaign which was started on 5th Feb 2009. In this campaign pink chaddies (underwear) will be sent to the Ram Sena on the Valentine day. You can check this Facebook page to know more.
The Ram sena has threaten that if they find any boy and girl together on the Valentine’s day, then they will wed them at the same place. These are just political stunts to get media attention and to become popular.

Dear Kishore, the V’ day will be celebrated through a tug of war between pink chaddis and sarees in Bangalore. A consortium of ‘pub-going loose and forward women’ has decided to courier pink chaddis as gift to the office of Rashtriya Hindu Sene and RHS will give return gift in the form of sarees. All the RHS’s mahila wing collected more than 150 sarees.
For urban woman, “pink undergarment” is the symbol of annoyance.
Still a question is left with us. All these moralities are applicable only to Bangaloreans? or RHS moving through out the country to keep an eye on the morality of all the love birds who are celebrating the V’day?

Pink scored well…35,000 joined the ‘pink chaddi’ campaign and about 25,000 pink chaddis will reach the Rashtriya Hindu Sene chief, Mutalik but there is slight change in the plan organised by Mahila wing to give saris as return gift.
