Just getting a reader by giving a wrong impression is not worth, but if you get a visitor who was looking for something that you have on your webpage will surely turn that visitor to a regular reader, may bookmark your page on a social bookmarking service or / and may subscribe to your blog and / or recommend your page to their friends.
