Three persons, including an autorickshaw driver, were sentenced to jail for kidnapping, cheating and outraging the modesty of a Japanese tourist in Gaya in March. Additional district and sessions judge A N Rai sentenced an auto driver Mohd Mohid alias Kaka and his two accomplices — Raja and Shamim for kidnapping and keeping in illegal confinement Yoko Maitu Sushita, who had arrived at the railway station in Gaya from Varanasi on March 15.
