The much discussed Tata Nano Car on a public display, now the public are allowed to see and touch the car. The booking for the car starts on the 9th April to 26th April, 2009 and booking price will be between Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 1,40,000. The customers will get the delivery of the car after three months, by July 2009. Ratan Tata’s prestigious car, Nano is rolling out from Gujarat, the number expected to be 100,000 ( 1 lakh) and will be given through only very few key dealers.
The lucky one lakh people will be getting their nano car by June 2010 through a random selection done by the company. The chairman of the company, Ratan Tata, said that the current factory is having the capacity to produce 50,000 car per annum.
