I got an excellent software which helps me in making International calls using my skype account. The application is called Fring which has Skype enabled with a dialer.
Fring has other messenger services like MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk and more. You can use Skype only when you are connected to a wifi network. The call quality is manageable again depends on the speed of the wifi nétwork that you are connected
