I need to make a good number of International calls for my personal and official use. Recently I changed my Pocket PC (HTC TyTN II) to iPhone. I got a good software which has excellent call quality almost like a regular mobile call called Truphone.
It uses wifi and if you do not have wifi access you can use the Truephone Anywhere, which is If you dial an international number, the call is redirected at the handset to a Truphone access number in your country, which connects to our server which in turn automatically completes your call to the international destination
You can save a lot of money if you make long international calls. This is very easy to use, you can download the software from iPhone App Store
