I receive lots of requests related to jobs in Maldives after I did a post for getting some candidates for my company. I thought of compiling some useful information for this purpose in this regard.

Before taking up a job in Maldives, you should be aware of the working conditions in Maldives, accommodation in Maldives, cost of living, etc. There are many resorts in Maldives, so the chances of getting a job in Hotel Industry is very high if you have the required qualification and experience. There are very high class resorts like Four Seasons, Laanda Giravaaru, Irufushi, One and Only Reethirah, Kanuhura, Bandos, Hilton, W Maldives, Shangri-la and many more new resorts coming up (about 90).
The best way to find a Job in a resort is to browse through the official websites of these resorts and send an email to the Human Resources Department of the Resort. This will be a direct recruitment and you will not need to pay any charges to any recruitment agencies.

hello, sorry to intrude but I just received a job offer from Farihi Shipping & Trading Pvt Ltd, they are offering me 7000 rufiyaa per month plus accomodation, 48 hours x week working hours. I don’t understand if in malè this would be a good salary that makes me feel free to organize my life in a pleasant way or it would be on the border….could you please help me with this?
