Tweeter – Best Microblogging Tool

by kishore on April 8, 2009

twitterTwitter is a very popular micro-blogging platform where you can update your status using your mobile phone, from the web or any other twitter tool. 160 characters can do a lot these days. I have been using tweeter for some time now and have a very few followers when compared to top tweeters. The biggest advantage of tweeter is the use of Twitter API and tons of tools associated with tweeter. I myself developed a Tweeter WordPress Plugin, which can be used to update your status, view public, friends, followers, etc.

There are many WordPress Plugins for Twitter which an update your status automatically when you do a blog post. You can tweet latest news, tips and this is recieved by your followers or people who search for the keywords related to the tweet status.

Darren was so inspired by tweeter and predicted that Tweeter will be the future of blogging or we can say micro-blogging, he started a new blog which is related to twitter. He has got good number of tips, tools and tricks articles on his twitter blog. I recommend you to have a look if you would like to know more about twitter.

I am not going to describe how to use twitter as it will be a old story, but some information on what can you do with tweeter and how can you get the max out of tweeter. Firstly if you do not have a tweeter account, just create one. You can search for users who are posting tweets related to your interest. There is no point following users who posts update related to home loans if you are not interested.

Twitter has grown a lot now, you can find almost top people from US President Obama to me on twitter. If you are not using this service, you should try now. I am doing a research to create something for home job seekers working with twitter because there are many who are making use of twitter to make money by selling their products using twitter. Many get tons of traffic through twitter, re-tweets and its going on.

You can also try my Twitter Plugin for WordPress, which has twitter search options and related tweet options. Your valuable feedback is appriciated. You can follow me on Twitter for my latest updates

twitter and others are no doubt nice, but I always wanted to bring in a concept to microblogging !I hereby post a Review-Request for http://www.emote.in ,A microblogging service; which is a platform to -1. Make yourself heard, comment on news, stories and current affair.2. Share your experiences, memories and events with your friends and family.3. Connect with different people with similar emotional attributes as yours.(eg: if attrocities on animals make you sad, connect with others who share the same feeling)4. Jot-down your experiences. You usually have so many things to say – a constant stream of thoughts, comments and observations running through your head continuously.5. Last but not the least, has everything (and much more) that twiiter has.6. A wonderful timeline coming shortly (in few weeks)
