I need to travel a lot and many times I need to access my office PC or sometimes Home PC while I am travelling. I use an excellent free service with extra features for affordable charges. This remote control service is from LogmeIn which is being very widely used around the world. You can control your assigned systems (Windows PC’s) using this service. You can browse the files, use the softwares, almost everything that you will need to do. You can even use this service from a Windows Mobile Pocket PC or an iPhone also.

What do you have to do?

First create an account with LogMeIn.Com and add the computers that you need to use or access remotely. Once you add the computers, you will be able to see the computers online or offline from your account control panel. If you want to remote control your added PC, just click on the link and you get the login screen and you finally get the desktop of the PC. You need to have the computer connected to the internet to access it remotely. Remote control is a free service, but if you want other Pro services, you need to pay a very small monthly fees which is very much worth the service you use. You can add as many computers that you would like to add

Eset my favorite virus protection software has released an anti virus software for pocket pc. There are lots of pocket pc users and I am sure very few are using antivirus, but now the threat of getting your Pocket PC infected with Malware is high these days, you should be having a protection enabled for your Hand held device. My Windows Live Writer was giving error, so I was searching for a blog posting tool. I tried installing Ecto, but was not happy. Just installed Qumana, and trying to do post. After using Windows Live Writer for a long time, it feels very odd to work with any other blogging tool.

Qumana looks good, but its not yet time to write a review about this tool.

I use Windows Live Writer to do all my blog posts, but today it started giving me an error and closes off. I did not install any new programs or plugins for windows live writer. I tired reinstalling, but no luck.

I was looking for a tool to blog pages that I like using window live writer. There is a firefox addon which can be used to blog the page. Microsoft’s next operating system Windows 7 is ready for release. You can try the beta version for free. Now the user interface of the latest version of Wordpress 2.7 is excellent, but still I prefer to use Windows Live Writer. This new version of Windows live Writer has some excellent features which was really missing and I feel the Live Writer team really working hard to come up with updates and new features which are really in the mind of its users.

Reasons I use Windows Live Writer

Autolinking – I have save the links for different key words using the autolinking feature of Windows live writer and I use this tool to post on multiple blogs, so the autolinking feature is a boon to link between my blog posts. As soon as we type a word which is saved with a link, the link is automatically created. There are many plugins available, but the problem is when we do posts in different blogs, we need to save these links in all the blogs, here just in the Windows Live Writer.

One of the other reason I use this tools is there are tons of plugins which can be downloaded for free from the Windows Live Gallery

If you are using Windows Live Writer to post your blog and have a twitter account. Then you should use this plugin if you are not using it.
