Google has apologised for a glitch that caused Gmail inaccessible to more than 110 million users across the world on Tuesday. This is the second time such technical problem is affecting the search engine. Saw a news on BBC stating that Gmail is down, but I was able to access without any problem. Seems that its not fully down, but in some part of the world. There are 113 million Gmail Users.

Professional users of Google mail are covered by a service level agreement that promises to be 99.9% operational in any calendar month.
